He is the founder of Dream City Christian Centre Int., Inc., a thriving apostolic hub committed to spiritual growth and kingdom impact. He serves as the Chancellor of Apostolos Bible University, where ministers are trained with sound doctrine and spiritual depth. He is also the President of Blessing Iyare Leadership Academy, a platform dedicated to mentoring emerging leaders with excellence and purpose. In addition,
he is the founder of Billa Ministers Fellowship, a covenant network that equips and empowers ministers through fellowship, accountability, and spiritual impartation.
